You build.It writes the blog.
ContentRails reads your site, finds what your customers search for, and writes posts in your voice, every figure linked to its source, so the blog grows while you ship. Try it on your own site first.
Late invoices: the 4 changes that get you paid faster
The average small-agency invoice is paid 23 days late1. What moves the number is the first message: one due date and one way to pay2.
Not just a blog post.
From what a post says, ContentRails builds the calculator, checklist or quiz a reader would want next to it, and sends it with the post in one block of HTML. Readers put in their own numbers; the figures it starts from are the post's, with their sources.
Calculators
Cost, savings and time, worked from the numbers the post already cites.
Checklists
The steps the post describes, as a list readers tick off on the page.
Quizzes
A few questions that tell the reader which part of the post applies to them.

A generic AI draft
Late payments are a common challenge for businesses. Studies show that many invoices are paid late. To streamline your workflow, consider using an invoicing tool and sending reminders.

What ContentRails writes
The average small-agency invoice is paid 23 days late1. The fastest fix is the first message: one due date and one way to pay2, which Fernhill's reminders send for you on day 1, 7 and 14.

Our blog runs on ContentRails, on full autopilot: 17 posts since September 29, 2026, each one researched, written, sourced and published by it. Read a few and judge for yourself.
It knows your site, and keeps learning it.
The same steps for every post, on every project: read, learn, research, write, check, publish.
Reads every page, and indexes it for search
It follows your sitemap to your product pages, docs, pricing and past posts, and keeps them in a private search index the writer looks things up in. Code and API details come from your own docs, word for word.
Re-reads what changed
Your site is read again on a schedule, every two days by default. New pages join the index; removed ones leave it.

Your audience and voice, written down
Before it writes, it sums up who you sell to, how you talk and what you've already covered. Edit it, add standing instructions, and every post follows them.
- Audience
- Studio owners invoicing 5–40 clients a month
- Voice
- Plain, practical, a little dry
- Covered
- 12 topics, never repeated
Topics people actually search for
Each topic comes with its monthly searches, how hard it is to rank for, why it's worth writing now, and the sources it stands on.
Add what isn't on your site
Upload notes, briefs, data or screenshots, and the writer uses them like your own pages.
Every post in the languages you choose
Pick the languages once. Each post is translated after it's written, and the translations travel with it when it's published.
Decide how much it does on its own.
Every project has its own autopilot. Move it up when you trust it, down when you want to steer.

A run that fails, or that you stop, isn't counted against your limits.

Before you try it
What do I get from the trial?
One full post written for your site, with its sources, plus the topics the research found. To keep it, claim it within 24 hours by setting a password for your new account.
Does the trial post anything to my site?
No. It only reads your public pages. Publishing is something you connect later, and nothing goes live unless you approve it or turn on full autopilot.
Will it sound like us?
It writes from your own pages and past posts, following your Project DNA and your instructions. You can edit both at any time.
Where do the numbers in a post come from?
From the pages its research read: public bodies, studies, publications, forums and your own site. A figure it can't match to its source is left out.
What if my site blocks automated reading?
You'll get an email saying the trial couldn't finish. It doesn't use up your trial, so you can start again.
Do I need Pro for one site?
Not to start. Free covers one site with 3 posts a month, and extra posts are $2 each, bought ten at a time. Pro is for writing every week, on up to 5 sites, with full autopilot.
Can I use it for more than one site?
Yes. Each site is its own project, with its own DNA, topics, instructions, languages and autopilot level.
Which languages can it translate into?
Turkish, German, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Italian and Dutch, sent along with each post.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from Billing. Your workspace goes back to the free plan.
